Decription
This private garden is located in the village of Oosterland, in the province of Zeeland, in the Netherlands. The garden has been sectioned into three separate ambiances. A farmers garden, an enclosed section and a back-garden with the outlay for a kitchen-garden. This simple ground-plan forms therefore base for different parts.
The drawings show several ambiances and show a spectrum of possibilities for custom made garden use.
In the front-garden the simple quality of a farmers garden will prevail. Maybe changing a few plants in the future will enhance the character of this garden. The original sycamore-scrubs are integrated in the plan.
The enclosed subdivision is paved with bricks. This garden-section gives a feeling of confinement. Around it there is a hedgerow with an opening towards the road.
The realization of this part is flexible, many options are available. For instance: plants in pots or tubs, a large functional table to sit on or a more regular table fot outside use.
